multi4m Innovative Design Inc. warrants all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of the purchase for the original customer. multi4m Inc. does not warrant against normal wear and tear or damage due to customer intentional or accidental misuse. That includes damages caused by excessive temperature or moisture as well. Natural variations in products made in whole or in part of natural materials, such as wood are not considered defects. Liability for consequential property or commercial damages is expressly excluded by this warranty. Please pay attention to possible color difference between the actual material or item colors
as shown on your screen, and the actual colors due the fact that it is depend on your computer screen and colors setting of each individual computer and screen, if you have any questions, please inquire prior to the order or purchase. Returns If a costumer who purchased a multi4m innovative design Inc. item via our licensed retailer or via our web store is not satisfied from the item or if an item that the costumer got is damaged it is possible replace this item either by contacting the retailer or distributor directly. If you choose to contact multi4m innovative design Inc. directly you may be charged 15% for restocking the item and you will be charged for shipping and handling of the replacement. In the first 48 hours from your purchase or from the day your item is arrived you must call or fax to our HQ in NY a letter describing the item, color, SKU number if available what exactly is the damage and the reason that you are not satisfied with our item. After receiving from us a return request number, you may send the item to our warehouse which is located in NY State, with a copy of the invoice, and we will replace this item (minus shipping & handling and 15% restocking fees) Before returning the item/s, please make sure the item is in its original package, and that is not been assembled and than disassembled, if a damage has been caused after purchasing - multi4m innovative design Inc. will not be responsible or liable for replacing this item.
